Create a Real Estate Video in 10 Minutes
Upload listing photos, choose the best shots and apply branding.
Before you start
Gather the photos you want to use for the listing.
For the fastest workflow, make sure the listing photos are easy to recognize and ready to review.
- Use bright, sharp photos when possible.
- Upload alternate angles when you are unsure; you can skip weaker or duplicate photos later.
- Keep branding assets ready if you want a branded export.
Upload photos
Start by uploading listing photos from your computer, Dropbox, Google Drive, a Zillow URL, or by entering the property address. VideoGuru imports the photos and prepares them for selection.
For photo-to-video, each selected photo can become a short animated video segment with camera motion.
Select and order photos
Choose the photos that should appear in the final video, then arrange them in the order you want viewers to experience the property.
A simple story usually works best: exterior, entry, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities, and a closing shot.
This is also where you can skip duplicates or weaker angles after uploading the full photo set.
Crop and camera motion
For photos, review the crop and camera motion before generation. Camera motion gives still images a more video-like feel without requiring a manual keyframe edit.
Use subtle motion for architecture and interiors. Stronger movement can work for hero exterior shots or dramatic reveal moments.
Choose format, music, and branding
Choose the format for where the video will be posted, such as horizontal 16:9 for MLS, websites, or YouTube, or vertical 9:16 for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. Then add music and branding.
VideoGuru can produce branded and unbranded versions when your workflow requires both. Use branded videos for social and client marketing, and unbranded videos when MLS or platform rules require it.
