Noise Reduction
Clean up agent speaking clips by reducing background noise, room tone, and distracting audio.

To find noise reduction, click an agent speaking clip in the timeline, open the video settings panel on the right side of the editor, then click the Audio tab and use Reduce Noise.
Noise reduction is especially useful for agent speaking clips. Use it when a voice clip has room tone, echo, wind, traffic, HVAC noise, or other background sound that distracts from the message.
