Choose export settings

Export settings control the final file quality and compatibility. Most users should use the default settings unless they need a specific resolution or codec.

Higher resolution can look sharper, but it also increases export time and file size.

• Use H.264 for broad compatibility.
• Use higher resolution when the video needs to be delivered at maximum quality.
• Export branded, unbranded, or both versions depending on where the video will be shared.

File size and quality

Video file size depends on duration, resolution, motion, effects, music, and codec. A 60 second photo-to-video export is usually much larger than a slideshow because the photos are animated into video segments.
