Timeline controls

Find the timeline along the bottom of the video editor. Use the controller to play or pause the video, scrub the playhead to a specific moment, check the current time, and zoom the timeline when you need more precise edits.

The controller also gives you quick editing actions for selected clips, including undo, split, and delete. Click a clip block in the timeline first, then use these controls to correct mistakes, cut a clip at the playhead, or remove a clip from the edit.

Use the timeline layout to understand how the full video is assembled. The controller and timeline together help you review pacing, select the right clip for detailed settings, and catch timing issues before export.
